Mr. C. Venkatesh
Mr. C. Venkatesh’s career spans banking (co-operative sector), academia (Physics lecturer), and senior leadership in marketing and real estate. After progressing to Marketing Director roles, he joined Concorde Builders & Developers as General Manager, where he served for over a decade and played a pivotal role in completing 12–14 housing projects across metros, semi-metros, and non-metros in Karnataka. He brings deep expertise in land planning, regulatory licensing, and obtaining approvals, coupled with strong go-to-market and team leadership skills.
